From request to confirmation
Sending a website form or a WhatsApp message is a request. Our team reviews availability for your travel date, party size and pickup location, then confirms the arrangements with you. Please provide the trip name, date, number of travellers and hotel name or location.
Prices and included services
Check the currency and whether the displayed price is per person, vehicle, yacht or hour. Inclusions vary by service. Review the selected trip’s itinerary, included services and exclusions. Optional activities, tickets, shopping and meals are included only when the service details say so. Ask our team to confirm the final price and any extras before booking.
Payment arrangements
The website does not collect online payments. Confirm the payment method and timing directly with our team when arranging your booking. Do not enter card details, passwords or unnecessary identity documents in the website form.
Pickup, children and cancellation
Pickup areas, child policies and cancellation conditions differ between services. Review the terms on the specific trip or service page and ask the team about anything unclear before confirming. Send the hotel name and location so the pickup point can be checked; a request alone does not confirm pickup.
