Appoint one booking coordinator

Sharing opinions within the group is useful, but sending several different requests in the same group’s name makes it hard to match numbers and dates. Keep a single copy of the offer and the confirmation message, and tell the team if the contact person changes.
Gather the information that affects the arrangements
State the number of adults and children’s ages, the trip date, the hotel or hotels, and the luggage size if the service is a transfer. Say whether everyone wants the same program or there are different wishes. Do not send more personal data than needed in the first inquiry; the team needs practical information to confirm availability and services.
Separate the core services from the extras
Ask for transport, meals, tickets and optional activities to be explained separately. Children aged 0 to 3 are free, and the full adult price applies from age 4. Trabzon trips do not include meals.
